HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Evereden currently offers free shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the United States for all members of our loyalty program! If you're not a member, shipping is free for orders above $49. Please note that to qualify for free shipping, your order must amount to $49 or above after any discount codes are applied and before taxes.
We offer a $15 flat priority shipping rate to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We also offer two expedited shipping options, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.
Expedited (2-5 business days): $20
Rush (1-3 business days): $30

WHEN WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

We aim to process all orders in 1-2 business days from our warehouse in California.
Within the United States, your package will arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. If you purchase expedited shipping, your package will arrive 2-5 business days after it is shipped. If you purchase rush shipping, your package will arrive in 1-3 business days after it is shipped.
International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country and local carrier delivery processing.

Average standard delivery estimates from the time of shipment are:
Australia: 9-14 days
Canada: 8-12 days
Great Britain: 8-12 days
Malaysia: 9-14 days
Mexico: 9-14 days
New Zealand: 9-14 days
Singapore: 9-14 days

To minimize fuel usage and waste, your entire order will ship when all products are available. Orders including products with a specified 'Ship later' date (eg. if the product page states 'This product will ship the week of X') are exempted from our usual 1-2 day fulfillment schedule. Instead, these orders will ship during the week mentioned on the product page along with the other items in the order. Orders with 'ship later' dates are not eligible for holiday delivery promises or order cutoff times such as 'Order by X day to receive your order by Christmas.'

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ORDER IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN IT ARRIVES?

Our packages don’t require signatures, so they can be delivered to your home even when you’re not there. Be sure to check your order tracking number for more information on your delivery.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.

Please note that it often takes our service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and update the tracking information within their system. Once your order has shipped, you should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment. Once your order has been filled and shipped, you will receive a notification with a unique tracking link.

MY TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT MY ORDER HAS YET TO ARRIVE. WHAT CAN I DO?

We’re sorry to hear this! Some postal carriers mark a package as delivered before it delivers. We recommend waiting three business days to allow for the package to be delivered.
In the meantime, please verify that the shipping address on file is correct, look around the residence (eg. back porch, garage area, bushes, etc) to see if the carrier left it in a secure spot, and check with neighbors or loved ones to see if they’ve accepted.
If the package hasn’t arrived after three days and you’ve confirmed all of the above, please email hello@ever-eden.com with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

HOW DOES MY EVEREDEN ORDER COME PACKAGED?

Our packaging is highly giftable. We package our orders in our custom, recyclable shipper boxes and pad your order with craft paper to prevent any damage to your products. However, please note that if your order is in excess of 6 products, we may have to package your order in a larger, standard shipping box. This applies to both international and domestic orders.  

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we offer standard shipping to PO boxes! Please note that delivery times to PO boxes are generally longer than our 3-7 day standard shipping. Rush and expedited shipping are not possible due to carrier capabilities.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, our fulfillment team is not able to accommodate gift wrapping or special messaging. However, we do not include invoices in our packages, so your recipient won't see the price! We also offer a selection of gift sets for all your holiday needs!

HOW DOES MY EVEREDEN BUNDLE COME PACKAGED?

Please note that bundles do not come wrapped separately. If you order several bundles or a bundle together with other products, these will all come packaged together. Please also note that if your bundle order is in excess of 6 products, we may have to package your order in a larger, standard shipping box. This applies to both international and domestic orders.

Ordering and Billing

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO PROCESS?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed by 12PM EST will ship the same day.

Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve placed it?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse begins processing it immediately, so we are unable to accommodate change requests for most orders. Please contact our team immediately at hello@ever-eden.com with your order information and requested changes. We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made after an order is placed, so please make sure all of your order details, including your shipping address, are correct before submitting your order!
Please note that if an incorrect address was provided for an order, we cannot refund or replace the order if the order is not received.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover Card, Diner's Club, Shop Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. All purchases require bank authorization prior to shipping. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations (unless that is how it appears on your statement).

Returns and exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

US:

Free returns - if you don’t enjoy your order from Evereden, please let us know at hello@ever-eden.com so that we can help you return it within 14 days of receipt. Don’t forget to include your order number. We will refund you in full to your original form of payment. Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

International:

All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

We don’t offer exchanges, unless an item is damaged, but we do accept free returns. Please see our refund and damaged item policy.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM IN MY ORDER?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer experience team at hello@ever-eden.com to request a replacement order or a refund.

Will my refund be affected if I use a discount code in my order?

Discounted amounts will not be refunded when items are returned as they have NO CASH value. This means, if you apply a discount code to your order, the value amount will be deducted from your refund if items are returned.

Please be sure to check discount code details before purchasing or returning items.

Can I reuse my discount code if I decide to return or cancel my order?

If the discount code is limited to one use per customer, the discount code itself cannot be reused after you return or cancel your order. Contact us at hello@ever-eden.com to request a replacement code if you still meet the terms and conditions of the discount code.

If the discount code is not limited to one use per customer, the discount code can be reused after you return or cancel your order, as long as you still meet the terms and conditions of the discount code.

Please note that some discount codes are time limited. If you return your order, you cannot not receive a replacement code for promotions that have passed.

How do I add a discount code to my order?

Discount codes can be applied during checkout in the “Add a discount code or a gift card” section. If the discount code is valid, you will see the discount reflected in the order total. If the code is invalid, an error message will display.

Can I combine discount codes?

No. Only one discount code can be applied to an order unless otherwise noted.

Can I redeem a discount code on an order that I placed previously?

No. Discount codes must be redeemed at checkout online. They cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or existing open orders.

What if my discount code is expired?

We are sorry to hear you missed the time frame for your promotion. We cannot redeem expired discount codes but we encourage you to keep an eye on your email for upcoming promotions.

Is the welcome discount code valid for new email subscribers only?

Yes! Our welcome discount is for new email subscribers only and can be used once per customer. If we find any abuse of the discount with multiple email addresses, we will not deduct the discount from your order.

Just because something is natural, that doesn’t mean it’s safe. Tea Tree and Lavender, for example, are common allergens, while Citrus oils have been shown to cause photosensitivity.
